Placing an order
As you browse the website use the add to basket links to place items in your basket. You can place any products sold by us in your basket.
Stock availability for products
We will make every effort to inform you of stock availability at the time you place your order or shortly afterwards. If, however, some of the items that you have ordered are out of stock or will take longer to be available than originally advertised, thus delaying your order, we will notify you of this change. In this unlikely event, you will be given the option to be refunded for the delayed items or to wait until the items available.
Order confirmation
Once your order has been placed we will send a confirmation email to the email address included in your order. Also, if you have paid online by credit card, you will be sent a payment confirmation email by Protx Limited – the credit card payment company we use to process online payments securely.
If your confirmation email does not arrive please contact sales@voicesource.co.uk.
Payment options
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch and Delta. Payments are made using a secure server powered by Protx Limited. Your card will be debited when you place the order.
We use a secure credit card facility provided by Protx Limited. To protect your credit card number Protx have secure encryption technology. During the checkout process you will be automatically transferred to the Protx website to enter your card number and complete your transaction.
If you are a customer in the United Kingdom you can also pay for orders consisting of products only by cheque. If you wish to use this method of payment the option will appear at Stage 4 of the checkout process.
