How long will it take?
To work out how long your order will take to get to arrive, add the availability of the item onto the delivery time.
If in stock, we aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please take note of the expected delivery times when you place your order. The time you order takes to reach you will depend on the method of postage and your location in the world. You will be contacted if the order is likely to take any longer than originally advertised. You can track your order to the dispatch stage using our online tracking system.
For example, if your order is sent by Royal Mail’s First Class service, delivery time is usually one to two working days. So if you order an item with two to three day availabilty you should receive it four to five days after placing your order.
Remember to check availabilities carefully if you order more than one item, as you will not receive anything until all the items are available. In the case of pre-order or long availability items, it is recommended that you request separate deliveries as items become available (at extra postage cost).
For security reasons, certain items may be sent by recorded delivery, or another delivery method, and a signature may be required to acknowledge receipt. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be best to supply an alternative address for delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
