How to return an item

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please email sales@voicesource.co.uk immediately.

If you are a UK or European Union customer and you wish to return goods to us for a refund please follow these instructions.

The parcel and its contents are, however, your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods is at your expense unless there has been an error on our part or because items are damaged or defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When you return an item please print out and fill in the this form with the follwing information:

  • Please give a reason for the return.
  • In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full desciption of the fault.

Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories. Then send the package with this complete form, to the address below. We will notify you via email when we have processed your refund. You can also view completed returns and refunds at the bottom your order tracking page found in the member area of the website. If the return and refund do not appear on this page after four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
